Last week - 4 spinning classes, 3 x 45 minutes and 1 x 90 minutes and one weight training session.
On the eating front - no chips (my vice in life) and drinking only water and rooibos tea.
This week so far - two spinning classes one after the other. One super circuit session.
Eating - I had a bit of a meltdown this afternoon and finished a big bag of Ghost pops.
Total weight loss - NOTHING!!!!!!!
I'm obviously doing something wrong!
Please help!
