believe me : it is NOT going to work for very long ,
unless one's eating and drinking habits are changed for good ( as in : reducing the intake of animal fats ,
cutting out unrefined flours and sugars and junk foods ,
loadsa fruit - yet : never a fruit AFTER a meal ,
spirits and beer : Never! or the least poss. ...and so on...)
Have seen this work brilliantly , with and without gym & muscle-building ,
and then one can banish the word " diet " for good out of one's vocabulary and eat and drink like a Connoisseur and Gourmet , rather!
