depends on what your weight and age is....i put my stuff in the computer on the treadmill and my heart rate is 118, and i usually go for 45 minutes on the treadmill...i did 25 min this morning on the treadmill at the gym, but will do another 25 min tonight on my treadmill at home...i usually do the fat burn cycle...which is good.
