The competencies are Developing self and others, Customer service orientation and Drive to achieve results. They are also going to assess my skills, knowledge and experience on People Management, Managing a team to deliver work against targets and Managing a Team to deliver customer service.
I've done as you said and prepared a load of examples to possible questions but its so easy to misinterpret a question and miss what they are looking for.
