Having been on the receiving end of BJ's ex-husbands nonsense for many years I can really understand the hell you have been through. All in all we must have spent around R80000 fighting off his nonsense which included malicious charges of child abuse and assault. At least now you will get to keep your little girl AND despite the aggravation there is now a Section 7 on record which will count in your favour should this bitterness rear it's head again. Although this is now hopefully over, a piece of advice given to me by an extremely good lawyer. Keep a war book. You cannot go to a lawyer or court everytime there is a problem, often the trangression is a grey line area where it is more of a hassle than really bending the law. Typically it is things like returning the children late but having a "legitimate" reason. Write all of this down, date time and the reason given....you can only have a flat battery so many times. Over a period of time the evidence presents a pattern and this can effectively be used by a lawyer. Trust me, it;s a hassle to write down every time he is abusive, threatening or winds you up...but write it down because even though it is your word against his, you have a chronological list of events .....
