Had a bad week this week in terms of training. Did not do enough but I'll get back into the swing of things this week.

Having taken the advice of the personal trainer (i.e. long and slower cycling keeping heart rate around 140) I am now going down in weight again. Down from 107.6kg's to weighing in constantly at 103kg's now. Well, 13 kg's to go to get to target (although that is probably a forlorn hope).
