Interesting, you are about at the same stage I am, floating around 103Kg. According to the tables my ideal weight should be 85 but having been there I look sick and anorexic due a fairly wide frame so 90kg is the target area. I have dropped the gym stuff to a minumum relying now on squash, aerobic walking/ jogging and Tae Kwon Do for exercise with elevated heartbeat with little risk of bulking up.
Not a forlorn hope but a challenging goal.....the kwacks reckon if I can get down to the high 80's low 90's I will probably be able to drop medication for blood pressure.....so here we go.
Well we will continue to aim for it I know that 90 is achievable, just not sure whether I have the gumption to go for it
