Keep at it....first an observation...the evening is never a good time to weigh oneself, particularly after the usual excesses of the weekend. I broke my normal routine this week waiting until Monday but that was due to work schedules. The best time is on a Friday morning.....do the routine ablutions of the day and then before eating and drinking anything weigh yourself and then follow the same routine each week. This is about the closest as you are going to get to comparing apples with apples as far as weight is concerned.
Stick to your excersise and watch what you eat and weigh yourself this Friday...you may be suprised.
