I spoke to my mom and she seems to think this is concievable, although a lot of things have to be taken into account (obviously) homes, jobs, cars etc etc

But they're going to SA House soon so we shall see....

I wouldn't necessarily tell them that your plan is to return for 6 months or so, just go ahead and do it and good luck!!
