Please excuse my ignorance, but what is it?

Does it still work?

It's an ancient TV game which has a paddle on either side of the screen that moves up and down and a ball (white dot) that hopefully bounces between the paddles. That's the tennis version :haha:

I haven't tested it yet so not sure if it works.
