Thanks for that Ameniatha. I have been reading several books on the subject, two authored by Rae Beth, and have found it quite interesting.

I have just completed a 7 week course that focused on chakra meditation, but with a strong shamanic focus - connecting to spirit animals, guides, etc, doing very basic journeys, etc.

I found it mostly to be interesting, although there were bits I disagreed with. As a form of personal worship I do believe it is brilliant.
