Okay, I had a bowl of wheat flakes with nuts and dried fruit in it for breakfast (07:30)
I had some unsalted cashew nuts at 11:00. 13:00 I had a chicken salad with gherkins and cottage cheese
15:00 Nice pink lady apple
And for dinner, no idea yet. Oh, and one cup of decaf coffee and loads of water
