and talk to people......dont bottle your emotions up inside......I know that is easier said than done, but I hope you have one special person that you can talk to wherever/whenever.

This is what I was told when I lost one as well and yes it is true. I was only 12 weeks when I miscarried and my Doc said that no matter how far you are you have lost a baby. It helps to talk but you never stop blaming yourself until you are ready to.

I blamed myself for a long time until my test results came back to say that my loop had slipped - the reason i fell pregnant - but also the reason i lost the baby. Only then did I forgive myself and accept that it wasn't my fault
