Apart from the regional 'specialities' eg: Durb's with their Bunny Chow and the Capies with their Gesmoorde snoek, I'd add the following:

Koeksuster
Biltong
Potjiekos
Braaivleis

Granted, a little on the Afrikaans side of things but as a whole people will identify with them - be it as a tourist or simply living there.. or as some of us happen to be, ex-pats.
