Another bit of advice. While your at home before the birth of the baby - cook a lot of meals that you can freeze. I did it before the birth and it was heaven sent afterwards. Just grab something out of the freezer and defrost. Babies are at their most difficult just when you want to start dinner.

AND ..... have a shower or a bath while the baby is sleeping. I can not tell you how many times I had to get out of the shower to put a dummy back or give a bottle or give a cuddle!
I still love chocolate.
