I take it you mean that Paddy will advise that the grass is actually greener on the Ireland side, rather than the UK side?

Have had short holidays and feel more at home there, especially with more family members there close by. Thanks for the heads up. I do agree it is important to first visit the area and then decide. Luckily I have made a few visits already, guess the real experience will come from living there for a while as you say, but I would need to win the jackpot for a long holiday, or get a job to be there for a while :-) .
