[COLOR="Purple"]I was visiting my 81 year old friend in Germany this weekend and I tell you when I grow old I want to be like her. 
She is so amazing - baie op en wakker!!! She is on the go all the time, doing exercises even before she gets out of bed. She just bought herself a laptop - it scared her a bit using it, but we got rid of that fear over the weekend. She studies different things during the day, jumps on the little trampoline in the afternoon and then goes on an exercise machine. She is an amazing example of how to grow old well. She is drinking all kinds of herbal Sulusa 45's, eating just the right things. She is doing all of this out of fear for going to an old age home!
