Your salads do sound interesting.....that is why I wanted to know what you put in them. I noticed that you eat loads of them so the fact that you vary the contents at least keeps them more interesting.

No Gregg, life is to short to be like that each and every single day.
I have to add that heck, I would love to eat a sandwich as well sometimes, but I can't. I am wheat intolerant and it plays havoc with my tummy, so I avoid it. So yes, in a way I am eating salads for health reasons, but this does not mean I am eating it to just loose weight. And, salads, depending on how they are made, can in anyway make you gain weight

The book said that to prevent your body from becoming intolerant to anything, you have to vary your diet and try not to eat the same two days in a row, so it does get difficult with salads, but luckily you can make a hell of a lot of different salads...
