Other than that, I also take 1 "Wellman" vitamin tablet daily. Good stuff......highly recommended and occasionally a fizzy Vitamin C tablet (like Cal-C-vita)
I honestly believe if you eat well enough and enough fruit and veg, you would be okay. I normally get sick with the change from summer to winter, that happens every year though, so I am now prepared for it.
I especially don't drink the fizzy stuff, because you pee that out in about 1 hour
