ALSO - i bought duck for supper yesterday and when i opened the packet - i nearly died - it was off - i felt so sick - it was from tesco - i buy half frm tesco and half from marks and more later from amrks as tescos quality is downhill - this proves it
it was marked best before 26th too !!!!!
No jewels, as I have said before I don't do diets, just for a quick fix when I need to get into a slinky dress. Luckily my weight has been stable for the last month or so, so I am happy.
And by the way, couscous is carbs... And I can't eat bread, remember?
