morning all
weekend is upon us
well - i didnt go to the gym last night but had some exercise neverthe less :innocent: :taped: :haha:
brekkie as usual
warm water with lemon
glass of orange juice
yoghurt with fresh blueblerries
and a kiwi (no skin)
lunch - salad with avo and turkey and lotsa seeds
cant say i will be good tonight tho - meal it will be !
what are the plans then? tonight - meal and drinks (altho i am driving)
tomorow - gym in the morning and in the evening, my 1st ann summers party !
sunday? no plans yet
