*Yawn* morning all. I am very tired today, thank goodness it is Friday, hey?
I have been a bit slack this week with gym as well, probably because I know I am starting the BIG exercise program next week. Have only been once, but going again tonight and tomorrow morning.
Here is my menu:
Brekkie - oats and raisins, warm water and lemon, more water
No snacks for today (so I'll probably be munching on my seeds again!)
Lunch - aubergine, boiled egg and tomato salad, more water
Dinner - no idea, depends what I feel like after the gym, probably mango and some beskuit
