Dolla very good start 10km/hr...:thumbs:
To start don't concentrate on the distance but the time you spent running...distance running is all about time on your feet...
Spent a very wet day on the side of the rugby pitch yesterday...and then home to lovely home made soup and french loaf...
Toast this morning (no beans) and tea 2 sugars.
water for morning tea, no snack left it at home..
Hoping to go for a run at 12:00...
Lunch will think about that on my run..:haha:
