Morning all,
Have been slack with this thread!
Here is my menu today:
Brekkie - mango and banana, no warm water with lemon, forgot the lemon! Cold water
Snack - decaff skinny latte
Lunch - Mackerel with roasted aubergines, chick peas and coleslaw
Snack - apple or peach
Dinner - some ryevitas with peanut butter after my gym session
I have been slack in the gym as I am not feeling my old self. I have been on Tuesday and managed to run 45 minutes without stopping, but with a lot of effort. Runny nose and splitting headache while running is NOT fun! :haha:
So tonight I am going again, hopefully it will be a bit better this time. :thumbs:
