I did not go to the gym tonight (what is new) so I will just have to make up for it tonight. I am alone the whole weekend, so a bottle (mini) of bubbly will await me after the gym with my bubble bath and Dido :haha:
Here is my menu for today:
Brekkie - 2 boiled eggs with a slice of ham and cherry tomatoes
Snacks - loads of water with plums and an apple
Lunch - Garlic and mushroom couscous with lentils and cherry tomatoes
Dinner - bubbly!!!!

just ate avo, boiled egg white and turkey ham salad

tonight - off on client doo so lots food
no drink tho as im driving - well, maybe the one glass
