morning all
well, i went to the gym last night and it was packed
there are 2 very very very thin girls, i think they look like skeletons - they come in and straight to the stepper and they program for an hour and a half !
so, i thought maybe i should concentrate on that machine (altho no way do i want to look like that)
brekkie - yoghurt and a small banana
i have made my usual salad - avo, ham and boiled egg white (with seeds)
and i have 2 penquins for snacks
