My menu for today...
A bowl of wheat flakes with dried fruit and nuts again. Some grapes for 11:00.
I've had 500ml of water already (it is damn hot!) so another 1.5l to go...
For lunch I am having couscous with peppers, cucumber and some salmon.
For mid afternoon booster I will have a big apple and my one decaf for the day.
Tonight it is off to body pump class and after that I'll probably have a bowl of fruit and raisins.
