Cubbie.... jy kan mos Afrikaans lees
2 koppies meel
3 teelepels bakpoeier
1 1/2 koppie melk
1/2 teelepel sout
3 eiers
5 Eetlepels gesmelte botter
* Meng en sif droe bestanddele.
* Skei die eiers, en klits eiergele goed en meng met melk en gesmelte botter
* Maak droe bestanddele aan met melk/eier mengsel.
* Klits eierwit en vou in.

dink nie so nie, self raising flour moet nie nog bakpoeier bykry nie, anders sal daar te veel "lug" in die mengsel wees.......
