Boerewors Recipe Please

Someone has given me a sausage maker and i want to make my own wors. I have a recipe, but the last time i made wors is was not too nice, so i would appreciate a tried and tested recipe.

Make friends with Toad.. I believe he, along with a few others have experimented with making Boerewors..

which reminds me I must get hold of my old butcher in Cape Town :o

Ask Imissdurban, she and her mom make the real thing, and on a Braai it tastes a little of home.
I was a Butcher for over 10 years and beleive mee it is a great recipe
