Webtalk - our flowering season has only just started - so pls post or email your recipe and I can get cracking this end.
Had lemongrass flavoured olive oil at the weekend - most sublime taste - can highly recommend it to anyone who happens across it.

[COLOR="DarkOrchid"]It is elderflower cordial season again!!! It is a bit difficult to get citrus acid this year. I just love the taste of it with ice cold sparkling water.
It is just so easy to make... will be happy to post the recipe if anyone needs it.

20 flower heads (if small pick more)
1 kg sugar
1 1/2 lt water
2 lemons
50g citric acid
Shake the heads to get rid of any creepy crawleys and put it in a bowl.
Bring water to boil, add sugar - make sure all the sugar disolves.
Pour over flowers.
Add lemon zest and cut up lemons and then the citric acid.
Let stand for 24 hours.
Strain through a cloth.... and enjoy.
Serve with ice cold sparkling water and a slice of lemon.
