I don't think there is anything wrong with cosmetic surgery at all, I would have a couple of procedures done in a heartbeat if I had the opportunity and I wouldn't keep it secret either.....:p . But I am not 18!!!!! I don't agree with teens/young people having procedures purely for cosmetic reasons. I don't have a problem with 1 and 3. If my daughter had ears like that and came home from school, crying everyday I would not hesitate to have them sorted out.
