Hi folks,

I am looking for a recipe featured by Gary Rhodes on Saturday's Kitchen this past weekend. His recipes are not available on the BBC website due to copyright restrictions. I believe it is from his book Cooking (or Cookery) Year.

The recipe is for a semolina lemon cake. If anyone has a copy of his book could you please share the recipe here (or PM it to me if there are reasons why it cannot appear in an open forum)?
