Had appraisal, got a very good pay rise and a fancy title. Spoke to Director about some of the problems asn was told, as predicited, thats the was she is. Mentioned the other small problem about rumours and affecting the little one, this time without mentioning names - diplomatic, nope smart, and have been asked to forget it :noway: Have told him that I will not tolerate people interfering in personal life. He has asked me not to say anything. Ha! We will wait, watch and see. Mentioned the problem about being non-welsh and the agro it caused and remarks - told him that it could be construed as harrassment and could be taken to a tribunal by someone who is not as 'understanding'. was shocked.
Anyway, jobs here we come.
