Hi i want to reapply for my sa passport that i lost a while ago! I have been to sa house's website and have made sense of everything so far but for the CMO 217.

The police don't know what that is and i have tired to call sa house but all i get is an over charged rate and an irritating recording! I have emailed them as well but they don't answer queries with regard to the consular section and its pathetic!!!

They are worse than home affairs in sa! Anyway I'm ranting now i would like to know is there anyone out there that knows what this CMO 217 is and how to get it etc. I couldn't face another attempt at trying to get through to sa house its almost impossible!!
