I'm going to take a complete guess here and say South Carolina (well, not a complete guess because I know there is a lot of naturally occuring Iodine in that State, but a guess nonetheless).

It put the slogan on its license plates to promote th ehigh iodine content in its fruits and vegetables at a time when there was great concern about iodine deficiencies in youngsters. With the advent of iodized salt in the 1940s demand for iodized food dropped and so was the slogan. South Carolina is now known as the Palmetto State.

Can you name the U.S. prseidents whose images are on Mount Rushmore - as they appear from left to right?
