Morning all,
I am not properly awake yet, and I have been rather norty this weekend :haha:
Friday night went home and finished half a bottle of rose by myself. Had some yoghurt, raisins, ryevitas and a hot chocolate.
Saturday went to the gym. Ran 3km, cycled for 10 min and cross trained for 10min. Then did an hour's body pump class. Very good indeed (although I am a bit sore this morning)
For breakfast I had a cheese omelette with tomatoe. Lunch was swordfish and spinach. For a snack I had a packed of smarties and I had 2 ryevitas and some raisins for dinner.
Sunday had a cheese and ham omelette for brekkie, lunch was couscous with peppers, tomatoes and crab sticks. Finished that off with a hot choc and some yoghurt covered strawberries.
For a snack I had two ryevitas and dinner was same as lunch with a banana.
Today I have basically the same menu as Friday, but will have fruit for dinner...Oh, and off to the gym again
