Okay, I had a bowl of wheat flakes with nuts and dried fruit in it for breakfast (07:30)
I had some unsalted cashew nuts at 11:00. 13:00 I had a chicken salad with gherkins and cottage cheese

15:00 Nice pink lady apple

And for dinner, no idea yet. Oh, and one cup of decaf coffee and loads of water Big Grin

On the menu for today......

Had a bowl of cereal this morning (a sort of muesli with cranberries and apples) and a Yakult yoghurt thingie

At 9.30 or so it's a Cherry Muller Corner yoghurt, a banana and a fairy cake.

Lunch - haven't brought anything in....so will have to go out and grab a sandwich.....probably a chicken mayo or ham salad or something, a packet of crisps, 2 pieces of chocolate (from a slab) and a toffee.

Then this afternoon an apricot and 2 blackcurrant fruit pastilles to keep me going until the gym tonight.

All washed down with about 5 glasses of water during the day. Don't drink tea or coffee......

My menu for today...

A bowl of wheat flakes with dried fruit and nuts again. Some grapes for 11:00.
I've had 500ml of water already (it is damn hot!) so another 1.5l to go...

For lunch I am having couscous with peppers, cucumber and some salmon.

For mid afternoon booster I will have a big apple and my one decaf for the day.
Tonight it is off to body pump class and after that I'll probably have a bowl of fruit and raisins.

i went to the gym last night - i had no energy tho and didnt manage to do very much
machine said i burned off 350 calories so that is betetr than nothing

i had quiche last night


TODAY? i had muller light yogurt and a banana for brekkie

i have brought in 2 peaches, a pear and a banana so that i dont eat the cookies in the cookie jar we have here !

i have made ham and little bit of cheese (brie yummm) salad for lunch Smile

tonight is steak

i dotn drink tea of coffee so i have about 2 l of water a day

*note to self* stay away from the cookie jarrrrrrr !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
