I sometimes use creme fraiche instead of milk/cream for the potatoes......

Big Grin so u dont have to buy normal cream then leave it and whip it?
i am clueless !!!


BUT i did make cottage pie the other day - rick thought it was delicious
i put cottage cheese with chives in the mash and grated cheese over the top
and carrots, peas and sweetcorn in the mince !
