Yes have to otherwise they walk all over you. And after a while you don't see that anymore. You become one of them. Scarry!!

Hi Harley.... I so agree. I lived in Holland too... so I know, and I've just been working with 4 very strong Dutchies for five weeks.... and I forgot how direct they can be. And they think we are beating around the bush... :haha:
