Posted by: bling_playa110 - 05-06-2005, 02:05 PM - Forum: SportsTalk - Replies (3)

with teams such as Denmark, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Argentina, England, Italy ect all of which are in good form, the world cup will be a close one to call!!! with South Africa topping their group with a 5 point advantage, hopefully they can do well :footie:

  French Open finals

Ladies final was a bit of an upset ... poor Mary whiped off the court :o

Looks like Puerta has a niggly injury to the groin.

My money is on Nadal but right now Puerto fought back and won 3 sets in a row :yike:

Good tennis

if you like football, think you can pick a fantasy premier league team, and can work with a budjet!! go onto
http://fantasy.premierleague.com/M/home.mc
you can then pick any player within the english premier league, to pick up points. Hopefully globalbuzz will be entering a personal league.
you are able to register, and pick a team for the upcoming season, from July onwards

I am watching football at the moment......Norway vs Italy......am not impressed with the Italians so far. It's nearly halftime and the score is 0-0.

  Afrika in Aldi
Posted by: hantam - 04-06-2005, 05:52 PM - Forum: Praat Afrikaans - Replies (1)

Kruideniersaankope in Brussel is soos stemtyd - stemmig, bedeesd en ernstig. 'Jou stem is jou privaatheid'.

My man staan tipies Afrikaans en fluit opgewek 'n deuntjie terwyl ons wag!
Vra sy vir my in Frans, "Is hy altyd so?"

We've seen it this week and it was quite good
