Smacking - dudette - 22-01-2006 Amazingly (considering the government's obsession with banning it) this website has a sizeable majority in favour of being allowed to smack their children. What are your views? Smacking - Venus - 22-01-2006 I believe that smacking is a very poor form of discipline but admit that there are times when that's what gets the message through to Danny that I'm not pleased with his behaviour. However, I always feel like I've failed in some way when I have resorted to smacking him & it's usually when I've lost my temper - not good. And smacking is banned in Denmark....
