Computer after latest Windows XP update - TheDuck - 16-07-2007 Hi there, I recently updated my comp with the Windows update and have found the computer to be suffering with speed problems intermittently has anyone heard of similar reports and as to whether there is something we can do to improve matters, please? Any assistance appreciated Thanks quack :woof: Computer after latest Windows XP update - alcap998 - 16-07-2007 Have you tried running the usuall spy ware detection programs? There are two readily available on http://www.download.com and both are free. Adaware (by Lavasoft) and Spy Bot. Try running them both and see what comes up.
