If people want to fit in more than that they'd have a problem anyway as most cars only have enough seat belts for 3 in the back seat....

as one will discover ... the baby seat for children up until the age of 3 to 4 is actually wider than an adult and takes up more space, as the seat does not give in the same way; an adult can shift their weight to allow others to fit snugly
Jan .. it just does not work .. a Volvo V70 would fit 3 child seats on the back seat and a few other makes however the standard car would not fit 3 seats alongside one another
The booster seat they are advocating under the new law would be different to what is considered OK as a booster seat at present
MVP is the way to go and then there will be complaints
