to be honest, i think it is a load of nonsense....ppl are now having to fork out extra bucks, (yes before u shoot me down, i understand the safety aspect)
but not all ppl have the bucks for three booster seats etc....

i think as long as the child is strapped in and is safe, there should be no worries, you should worry if your child is roaming from back to front and dancing around and also you should be sticking to the speed limit,
after all that is the most impportant rule to remember when getting into
a car.
