Yes ! Most of them leave soon again : after a few years , with nothing much to show for their Middle-Eastern soujourns , but a few foggy , hazy memories ( of Happy Hours ) and some photo-albums , boasting their ( so cheaply-financed ) Range Rovers/LandCruisers/Prados at Marinas/Golf Clubs/Deira City Centre parkings , "their" Umm Suqiem ( expensive , rented ) villas and a few wild exploits , losing the general DXB plot in the unbearable shock of finally realising that their hard-earned , tax-free , money can be/is often departing more quickly , than being replenished...
