We live in Monteseel and we are on the Comrades route so we have lot's of races in this part of KZN including the cycling races.
Whilst I am typing this, the cliffs in front of our place have gone up in flames....it's amazing how the dry bush just incinerates all of a sudden!
I have an appointment tomorrow with my oncologist before the chemo session so I will have a chat to her. The muti I took worked so at least I know now it is a side effect that can be dealt with fairly quickly.
Today I have to up my fluid intake ready for tomorrow and of course the next 2-3 days means constant glasses of water to flush out the chemicals :tonguepop:
Spent an hour os so in my garden this morning and it is so peacefull. The peach blossom is beginning to bloom and all the trees are starting to bud. I love this time of the year in KZN, warm days and clear skies and it's WINTER!
That 'red' bag is some thing else hey! The red devil the sisters call it, the one that does all the damage:blom: I will try the ginger biscuits though as they are one of my favourite biscuits.
I have still not bothered with my wig. I went to see clients yesterday and it did not bother me one bit and my 'dookie' became a topic of converstion and it's amazing the stories people then begin to tell you of their own experiences so there is some thing to be said for not wearing the wig :mmm:
