The past three weeks have been the most difficult time in my life and have dwarfed my own illness issues.
My son’s wife Taryn passed away tragically on Nov 13th at 4.30am in Westville Hospital and the days following her death have overwhelmed all of us. Watching her on life support, praying for a recovery only to lose her has been so very difficult for all of us to accept, but accept we must. My son Ben is devastated at his loss and I cannot begin to know the pain Taryn’s parents are in right now. Gemma had arrived for a holiday in SA a day after Taryn died and so her time with us was not how we all had planned it would be. We also had Brian’s dad with us following the death of Brian’s mum and so as a family it has been blow after blow.
Ben was with Taryn up until her last breath and as was her sister and cousin.
Sorry but I cannot say anymore at this point because it is just too painful.
