I froze last year's citric acid free batch. Unfortunately I didnt' write down the recipe. We're drinking the last lot at the moment.

Yes, I would love that. I am sure you can leave the citric acid out, because the recipe that my friend has sounds pretty much the same. What do you freeze it in? Does plastic milkbottles work?
I found the elderflower vinegar recipe and will give that a try too. See you have to leave the flowers in for 5 days.
