I will always remember the story of the two new recruits who joined the army.

The seargent asked them to do as many push ups as they could in one minute.

The one did 30 and the other did 1.

The one who did 30 started ragging the recruit who had done 1 and got this reply.

'Tomorrow when they ask us to do the same thing, I will do 2, which is 100% improvement, how will you match that?'

and how do you reckon that such has any bearing on someone such as myself .. I am losing weight not trying to put on

good attempt but no cigar .. maybe update the footie results .. you may be on a losing streak
