I went to my body pump class last night and managed to run and cycle about 8k's before the time. So tonight is the night I treat myself...

Wheat flakes for breakfast
Loads of water and two cups of decaf
Salmon salad for lunch
Apricot at 11. I only have an apple left, roll on 6...
